Well, that is when we will begin giving you names and numbers of medical facilities for your kiddos with disabilities, along with locations of tag offices and all the applications you may or may not need to transfer everything over to officially become a Georgia Transplant peach!

Next, we will get your settled with an appropriate educational setting that is in your county but also fits the needs of your kiddo. Some schools aren’t equipped to caring for children with extensive needs throughout the day. We will help you find a school in your district that can do exactly that!

Finally, now that you have finished establishing your new home and doctor’s appointments here in Georgia, Let’s make connections! We will connect you with other non-profit organizations that have social events and group gathering with parents and their children with disabilities.
